Do you remember the Thursday Night Theory I told you about?
Well, I started thinking about how TV shows only release 12-24 episodes a YEAR— and they still have filler episodes.
(you know, the ones where they have “flashbacks” to old episodes so it's not really a new episode?)
But then! I started thinking about how you and I are expected to— not only publish at least 1 post per week (per the Thursday Night Theory)— but also post on MULTIPLE PLATFORMS?
But then! You've got people (like me, not gonna lie) hitting you over the head with the idea that QUALITY > QUANTITY, so it's okaaaay that you only post once per week.
But then! You feel so much pressure to make sure that ONE piece of content is The Best Piece of Content You've Created So Far because, I mean, you're only posting ONCE per week and if that's not good content then you must be lazy or suck at content and suck at business.
(obviously, that's not true).
So. How can we be consistent without the overwhelm of posting multiple times per week (on multiple platforms) OR the overwhelm of posting once per week and making The Best Piece of Content You've Created So Far?
Filler episodes.
Because if multi-(b)million dollar companies with directors, producers, writers, editors, and actors can have filler episodes—THEN SO CAN YOU.
📺 Tiff's Tip: The Filler Episode
You know that Plot Twists & Tips has been my Thursday Night Theory piece of content.
And even though I actually knew the Plot Twist I was going to write this week— it didn't get done because— I'm just gonna be honest— life got in the way and I was tired.
Last week was stressful and TODAY I decided to take a [solidcore] class AND a silks class (see the P.S. for a visual)… on the same day.
So I'm sore and tired and I need a Filler Episode.
What's a Filler Episode exactly?
It's where you gather allllll your best pieces of content on ONE particular subject and give it to your audience in ONE piece of content or “episode.”
For example, for my Filler Episode this week, I'm giving you all of my FAVORITE pieces of content that I've created for you that teach SEO.
I'm starting with a piece of content that my Main Character (a.k.a my ideal client a.k.a YOU 😘) would need at the BEGINNING of their story. Then, I sprinkle in lil' guides for each step.
So, without further ado, here's my Plot Twist & Tips Filler Episode so you can (re)learn everything I've taught you about SEO and blogging so far:

🩵 What I'm working on in February
February already seems so much shorter than January which is makin' me sad!
I'm officially launching my Blog To 10K Substack this month, little launching SEO Storytellers (my SEO content membership), working on 3-5 new client projects, and going to Nashville. 🤠
In the meantime, if you or someone you know needs an SEO copywriter, here are my new offers!
📝 P.S.: You know I'm big on hobbies— one of which is working out/something fitness related.
Recently, I found the ClassPass app which is SO COOL because you can take All The Classes for FREE for 30 days. Today was my last day in the free trial, hence, why I took 2 classes in one day so I can complain about it tomorrow.
I highly recommend this app if you've been looking to try new hobbies! You save soooo much doll-hairs $ in the grand scheme of things and you get to explore different things (for my free trial, I did pole, pure barre, calisthenics, solidcore, and silks classes)
Here's a referral link, and here's me about 4 hours ago during my silks class (yes, it was scary, yes I would do it again)
